Our latest visit to St Fagans

2nd September 2024
We had a great day out at St Fagans National Museum of History last wednesday.

We visited all of the old buildings, including the recently rebuilt ‘The Vulcan’ hotel which wasn’t there the last time we went. There was also an ongoing exhibition which included a tent inspired by Tipu Sultan’s diary and life, plus a poetry video.

After lunch the heavens opened so we spent time in the indoor galleries instead. Inside were a variety of exhibits, ranging from bronze artfacts dating back to the romans and even some skeletons, to a display about the ‘Women’s Peace Petition’.
