Inclusivity Works

We’re now officially a Gloucestershire Inclusive Employer.

Sue, our CEO, and Julie, a trustee, attended an awards ceremony at Gloucester Services on Wednesday. Along with 6 other organisations, Fair Shares received an Inclusivity Works award. The award, launched by GEM Project last year as part of their #InclusivityWorks initiative, shows our commitment to fostering a culture where diverse groups of people can feel valued and confident.
