Our Stonehouse time bank was established in 1998 as Britain’s first time bank and we continue to be a firm presence in the community. We have a strong track record of working with homeless young people, older people with dementia and their carers, people with mental health issues and those with long-term health conditions.
‘It was a real help to have something done that’s been troubling me for months. It’s a great service and a great scheme.’
Rose Tanner, participant
We also have regular meetings and trips out, which include going to Weston-Super-Mare, the Forest of Dean, Newark Park to see the snow drops and the city farm in Gloucester. We always try and find a nice café and think about where will be accessible and offer a range of experiences for our members.
