Come and join us for gentle walks, designed to be accessible for those needing walking aids or wheelchairs. Anyone who would enjoy a gentle stroll, including those living with long term conditions and all stages of dementia, come and enjoy the experience of nature with a friendly and welcoming group.
Trained volunteers will act as walk leaders. If you have a carer they should accompany you. Bring friends and any family members. Dogs on leads are welcome, but can’t come into the museum.
Our Stroud Walks meet on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month at 10.30am at the Museum in the Park, GL5 4AF. We also organise Stonehouse walks alongside ‘All Pulling Together’, when we meet on the last Wednesday of the month at 11am at Stonehouse Library on the High Street.
