Summer fun at our Allotment

Come rain or shine, we didn’t let the weather stop us from having a great summer down at our allotment.

We had lots of intrepid explorers join us at our Summer Trail, rummaging around the allotment trying to track down the laminated signs we’d dotted around the place. Once they succeeded they were rewarded with a sticker and then had a go at our other activities.

We had lots of mini-planters available that they could plant up with herbs or flowers to take away, as well as a supply of sticks and string they could use to make hanging decorations or fishing rods. We were really impressed with the amount of creativity on show!
