Time for Food

On Friday we cooked and delivered our 4000th meal as part of the community response to the Covid-19 situation.

Over the past 4 months we, together with The Friendship Cafe, have been cooking meals every weekday to give out to those in the local community.

Friday’s meal was a vegetable biriyani cooked by one of our great community volunteers Arshad. Fair Shares and The Friendship Cafe have now cooked and delivered 4125 meals and delivered 122 food parcels, supporting 435 people in the community.
